We aim to send your order within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery is by courier and takes 2-3 working days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To change your order contact us at info@cross-section-equestrian.com and we'll advise further what you need to do to get the right product.

Unfortunately at the moment we're unable to ship internationally. We're working on this and hope to find a solution soon.

Once you've received your shipping notification, you'll be able to track your parcel through the link included on your email or WhatsApp notification.
