When Can I Expect My Pre-Ordered Rug To Be Delivered?

Our first batch of stock will hopefully arrive around Mid-September. As soon as its all checked in, we'll be packing and dispatching your orders within 2-3 days. We will keep you updated on the delivery of the stock and expected delivery dates.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How Should I Wash And Care For My Rug?

Your rug will have a wash care label sewn into the neck seam for you to follow exactly.

Most rugs can be washed at 40 degrees or less on a standard synthetics wash. We recommend using Nikwax Rug Wash for all products.

Our outer rugs can be re-proofed with NikWax Rug Proof as required.

Our performance liners benefit from an extra rinse and spin to ensure the longevity of the high performance membrane material. No re-proofing is required.

How Do I keep My Rugs Performing At Their Best?

We recommend brushing any dry mud off the outer rug with a soft body brush. This will help protect the DWR finish on the surface and reduce the need for you to re-proof so often.

The performance liners can be washed less frequently, but if your horse has a skin condition then the option for regular washing is easy and convenient.

Our performance liners are not designed to be worn as a stand alone product, therefore to protect the delicate membrane, we always recommend it is used with the outer rug. Its advisable to have a spare outer rug for when one is being washed and dried.

Are The Zips Robust?

Yes - We use YKK zips on all the rugs. YKK are the gold standard of zips and are designed to last.

We have also positioned the zips on the inside of the rugs where they are not exposed to the worst of any weather to keep them as dry and mud free as possible.

If you experience any issues with your zips, please contact us below so that we can arrange a repair if required.
