The System

The Cross Layer System is designed around one consistent outer structure that can adapt through changing conditions without needing multiple separate rug setups.

The Foundation System includes:
• Waterproof turnout outer
• Removable breathable mesh layer

As temperatures change, the mesh layer can be replaced with compatible thermal liners while maintaining the same outer fit and structure.

The breathable mesh layer can also be used independently as a cooler, travel sheet, or lightweight fly layer when required.

Additional detachable neck coverage can be added for extended protection across changing weather conditions.

Size Chart

We recommend measuring your horse from the centre of their chest to the furthest point of the hindquarters to determine the most suitable size.

The Cross Layer system features a structured fit with integrated shoulder gussets, allowing for flexibility and freedom of movement across adjacent size ranges.
